Corfu Island

The island of Corfu is located at northwest of Greece. Corfu is 36 miles long and 15 miles wide. Corfu is one of the greenest islands of Mediterranean, its covered with over 3 million olive trees. At the center of the island is the mountain “pantokrator” witch has height 998 meter above the sea level. The NE coasts are made sheltered rocky caves and single beaches and they offer shecluded bays and traditional fishing villages. At the north and the south of the island there are long sweeping sanded bays are the most popular.
